INDIVIDUAL TEMP CONTROL & HEATING PRESERVATION- Each well is warmed by u-shaped heating element, independently controlled by the control knob for optimum heating versatility and temperature retention. With temperature 30-100 degrees Celsius (86-212 degrees Fahrenheit) adjustable. The thermal insulation function helps keep the internal temperature at your set.

FOLDABLE CUTTING BOARD & UNDER SHELF- This commercial warmer for restaurant comes with a foldable 7" wide x 1.8" thick cutting board for extra workspace. The cutting board will help you cutting ingredients.
